Which payment methods are accepted? We accept payments from almost any credit card. Your payments are processed securely via Shopify.

How long will it be before I can collect my order? Stock is usually available for same day collection. However processing of orders can take a few business hours. You will be notified via email when your item is ready for collection in store. Please note that there may be delays on rare occassions, in these cases we will contact you about the status of your order.

Is my credit card safe? Yes indeed. We take security seriously and do not save any credit card related information in our database. All the info are securely handled in Shopify.

Will I get an invoice for my order? Yes you will recieve a system generated invoice soon after your order has been processed.

Can I cancel my order? In case you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
